Report: If you really like getting up close and persoanl with bears, than this is the place for you. Bear came into camp chased us out and got all the food in cooler. Forest rangers really did nothing about it. We were informed that there has been lots of reports about this bear. So beware and be very careful, as this bear has no fear of people or dogs!!! The sites are wonderful, way to many flies, bring lots of bug spray, campground host is really nice and helpfull.

Number of People Encountered: 11-25 ppl
Recommend to a Friend: Highly
Report: Camp host was extremely helpful, and save for the flies and a camper gathering just up the road, it was a pleasant weekend. Sites 5 and 6 are perfect for groups looking for secluded tent camping, but Site 4 (walk-in tent) is completely hidden away and appears to be the best campsite. The stream that runs through the campground drowns out any noise. Perfect place to visit!
